How do I submit an RFQ?

Use the Contact & RFQ form with your product/grade, required quantity, and delivery destination. Our commercial team responds within one business day.

Do you export worldwide?

We currently supply six active export markets — Egypt, India, Kenya, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkey — from our Dubai, UAE head office. Additional markets are considered on a case-by-case basis; contact us to check availability for your destination.

Which products do you supply?

Three core categories across 11 grades: HDPE (blow moulding, injection moulding, pipe, film and bag grades), Polypropylene (homopolymer, random copolymer, impact copolymer, raffia/tape and woven bags), and Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate. See the full catalog for specs.

Can I request a Certificate of Analysis, TDS or MSDS?

Yes. A Certificate of Analysis is issued with every batch. Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets are available on request per grade — request these via the Downloads page or your RFQ.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

Our commercial team targets a response within one business day (Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 GST) of receiving your RFQ.

What packaging options are available?

Packaging varies by product — typically 25kg bags, 50kg bags, and 500kg–1000kg jumbo bags. Custom packaging can be arranged for large-volume contracts. Confirm exact options for your grade when requesting a quote.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product and destination.

Note for the Pegasus team: your original FAQ page had 40 well-targeted buyer questions, but every answer was the same copy-pasted generic paragraph. I've kept the strongest, most general questions above with honest answers built from facts already confirmed elsewhere on the site, and flagged a few where the real policy (MOQ, Incoterms, samples, FCL handling) needs to come from your team before publishing. The remaining ~28 product-specific questions (e.g. "Do you supply PP Homopolymer?") are good content but are largely redundant with the product catalog pages — worth deciding whether they belong here or should just link through to the relevant spec sheet.
